ABOUT THE HOME
Our deluxe summer villas are located on the Dmarin hills along Turgutreis Akyarlar Street and offer the most beautiful panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. The images are from real photo shoots, and a bohemian and natural style was preferred in the decoration of the luxury villas. There is an infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fin bath. Our villas are designed according to summer and winter conditions.
Our villa, which we started to operate with our employees, is located on a 1000 m2 land area. The usable area is 600 m2 and there are 6 rooms + 2 rooms including the annex. The area used by the guests is divided into 6 rooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens.
Our villa is a mansion project that we created with the idea of a house within a house, providing a private living space for large families.
It is 900 meters from D-Marine, 18 km from Bodrum city center and 57 km from the airport.
Our villas, equipped with Daikin brand fan-coil heating and cooling system, provide the highest level of comfort in summer and winter. A shark mouth fireplace has also been specially designed for winter accommodations.

The number of people specified in the reservation is considered the basis for accommodation and exceeding the capacity is not allowed. Guests will act in accordance with general respect and neighborhood rules towards the people living in the villas and residences around the villa/apartment and will avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. They will also not take part in any activities that are considered illegal by law. Guests are responsible for possible accidents, damages and illegal activities arising from their own faults and behaviors in the rented residence during their stay and for other individuals staying in the residence. Guests undertake to present a valid ID, including babies and children, in accordance with the provisions of the Identification Law No. 1774 and that the information they provide is accurate and complete. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside.
